When you sign up for InformI, we collect basic account details such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if provided), your stated role or profession, and the topics or verticals you tell us you're interested in.

We also keep lightweight usage information — like which verticals you follow and how you interact with your briefings — purely so we can keep improving what we send you.

We use your information strictly to personalize your experience: matching current-affairs content to your interests, ranking stories that matter to your role, and building the daily briefing we send you.

We do not use your data for anything beyond running and improving the product for you.

We don't share, sell, or rent your personal data with anyone. Your information is used internally, and only, to show you relevant content and topics you've told us you care about.

There are no third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external partners that receive your personal information from us.

Your email address and/or WhatsApp number are used for exactly one purpose: sending you your daily briefing and essential account or service updates. Nothing else.

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not pass them on to any other organization.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse. Access to user data internally is limited to what's needed to operate the product.

You can ask us to update your interests or profile at any time from within the app. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by writing to us at the email below.
